About: Our Mission is to support and advocate for older adults and individuals with disabilities to be their link to a better life.  The Union County Senior Center serves adults 60 years and up who reside in Union County.

The Senior Center features the following:
  • Nutritious Hot Lunches
  • Fitness Room
  • Weekly Exercise Classes
  • Monthly Education Classes
  • Quilting, Crafts, Games & More


Hot meals are served at the center Monday through Friday at 11:30am.

Our Meals on Wheels program provides home delivered meals to qualified seniors.


If you or someone you know lives in Union County and would like to sign up for the Meals on Wheels program, please call Legacy Link at 770-538-2650.

Legacy Link is an Area Agency on Aging designated by the Department of Human Services.  The AAA advocates, plans, and administers senior services in the area. For more information CLICK HERE.

OFFICIAL NOTICE

The Union County BOARD OF ASSESSORS regular meeting has been
rescheduled from Wednesday, November 27th to Friday, November 22nd at
1:00pm due to scheduling conflicts.

A PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. in the Union County Courthouse, 65 Courthouse Street, Blairsville, Georgia. The purpose of this hearing will be for Union County to provide information and answer questions regarding the proposed 2025 Budget for Union County. Please send your comments via regular mail or to commissioner@uniongov.com.
